How Spearity handles the data you provide through this assessment. Draft for attorney review before go-live.

What we collect

Your responses to the assessment, your name, and (optionally) your email. For 360 assessments, the anonymous responses of the raters you or your coach invite.

How we use it

To score your assessment and produce your results report, and, for coach-assigned engagements, to support your coaching. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Anonymity of rater feedback

For 360 assessments, individual rater answers are never shown to anyone. Only an aggregate across all raters is reported, and written comments are de-identified. An aggregate is never shown when too few raters have responded to protect their anonymity.

Storage and access

Data is stored confidentially. Access is limited to your coach (for assigned engagements) and authorized Spearity staff. Sensitive actions are logged.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by contacting info@spearity.com. On a deletion request we remove your subject record and all associated responses, scores, and reports.
